If the tool above cannot find your subscription, it was almost certainly bought through Apple or Google rather than from us directly. Those are billed by the store, and only the store can stop them.
If none of the above works, email us. We can cancel any subscription billed directly by ChaChat — an App Store or Google Play subscription has to be stopped in the store, but write to us anyway and we will help you find it. Please do that before contacting your bank: we can sort out a wrong charge directly, and it is faster than a dispute.
No. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You are not charged again once the cancellation is confirmed.
Yes. Cancelling does not cut off access immediately — your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and simply does not renew after that.
Check your inbox for a receipt or a welcome message from ChaChat, and try any address you may have paid with. If none of them work, email contact@chachat.app from the address you can access and include the last four digits of the card and the approximate date of the charge.
Email contact@chachat.app with the date and amount of the charge. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can refund an incorrect charge directly, and that is faster than a chargeback.
Cancelling and refunding are separate. To ask about a refund for a charge that has already been taken, email contact@chachat.app with the charge date and amount.
No. Subscriptions bought inside a mobile app are billed by Apple or Google, and only they can stop the renewal. Follow the store steps on this page — it takes under a minute.
